The Bare Bonz Lifetime committment

Warrant Statement

A Bare Bonz Custom Shop warranty applies to the original registered owner of the instrument and is non-transferable. It is a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship with a one year limited warranty on electronics and hardware. Normal wear and tear and abuse are of course not covered (this includes but is not limited to: fret wear, set-ups, subjective preference in tone and feel, finish damage from guitar stands and hangers, body salts (sweat), temperature or humidity damage, and strings).

Due to the nature of lacquer and similar hard finishes, instruments finished in this manner are not warrantied for finish issues. The standard warranty applies otherwise to the instrument.

How to Register

Send us a copy of your unaltered proof of purchase with your name and address within 30 days of purchase to: register@barebonzguitars.com.

Should you need to access your warranty, contact us to discuss the issue and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Send your instrument to Bare Bonz Custom Shop Guitars and include the Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for shipping charges to and from our shop.

Bare Bonz Custom Shop Guitars will update, repair, or replace warrant-able issues at our discretion.

Instrument Condition

Your Bare Bonz Custom Shop guitar or bass has been hand crafted from the best and most appropriate materials available at the time of construction. We take extreme pride in our instruments, and we hope you will too.

Your guitar must be purchased directly from Bare Bonz Custom Shop Guitars or through an Authorized Dealer. It must have an unaltered serial number.

This warranty is void if the instrument has been damaged by misuse, alteration, accident or neglect. This includes such things as humidity damage (high and low humidity), heat damage (hot and cold), and repairs or modifications made by unauthorized persons.

This warranty is the only warranty made by Bare Bonz Custom Shop Guitars and is in lieu of all/any other warranties expressed or implied. Bare Bonz Custom Shop Guitars assumes no liability for loss of income, personal injury or inconvenience, property damage etc.

Maintenance

Bare Bonz Custom Shop Guitars offers lifetime set up option for your instrument. Ship us your guitar or bass, and a set of strings of your choice, and we will go over your guitar or bass and set it up to play like new. Obviously we're not going to replace frets or other hardware - this can be discussed and we will always price our work fairly. Bare Bonz Custom Shop will look after minor fretwork (minor fret dress/leveling) adjust saddles and nut, adjust the truss rod, etc. You are responsible for shipping charges to and from our shop.
